ABC will provide a ball-park figure following this first conversation. If both parties feel the project can proceed, the next step is a meeting (face to face, online or by phone) to discuss in more detail. ABC want to work with you and will support and advise on the necessary steps if you are unsure.

ABC can support you by project managing the whole process from the initial conversation, including working with architects, managing planning applications and building regulations, commissioning structural plans and working with structural engineers to ensure your project is completed correctly from start to finish. If you are further down the route with structural plans and planning in place, and a structural engineer arranged, the next step is a detailed quote.

ABC’s quote will be an honest reflection of the cost of the project as agreed at the start. This will be calculated using a detailed discussion of your requirements and the desired finish. It is important to understand that the nature of building projects is that unexpected additional costs may arise.

Clear and honest communication with you during the build will ensure ABC can work to minimise the impact of this.
